Composed of executive leaders from technology and business functions at organizations, as well as ISACA members with deep knowledge of the association and our community, ISACA’s Board provides oversight in the interests of ISACA’s stakeholders of members, partners, credential-holders, learners and enterprise customers. The Board assures the growth of ISACA’s professional community worldwide and oversees ISACA’s financial stability.
The 2022-2023 Board of Directors will be installed in June 2022 for a one-year term. To be eligible, nominees must be an ISACA member or join ISACA if selected to serve. Board directors will be expected to attend three in-person meetings and four teleconferences during their term. They also should plan to spend about 15 hours a month on board-related activities.
Candidates with strong executive and/or chapter leadership experience, experience on other boards of directors and a passion for ISACA are among those who will be strongly considered.
